The commercial detail
- Prices are per site, in South African Rand, and exclude VAT.
- Subscriptions run monthly or yearly, billed in advance, and renew until cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- They cover the software, the platform, updates and support. Hardware, installation, cabling, connectivity and the site survey are quoted separately.
- Access to the portal and to registered devices needs an active subscription. If a subscription lapses, the gates keep capturing and uploading nothing is lost, but portal access pauses until it is paid.
